TAILOR-MADE TEACHER TRAINING IN SPAIN
Training designed around your project objectives. We organize courses adapted to your needs. Every mobility project is different. We design tailor-made training courses based on your school's needs, professional profile and project objectives. Whether you need training related to vocational education, teaching methodologies, new technologies, inclusion, sustainability or another professional area, we can design a programme adapted to your project.
JOB SHADOWING IN SPAIN
Visit a Spanish school or training centre and learn from professionals. We look for host centres that match the participants' professional profile and the objectives of their mobility project. Job Shadowing gives teachers and educational staff the opportunity to visit a Spanish school or training centre and observe how professionals in their field work in practice: observe classes and professional practice; meet teachers and other professionals; learn about teaching methods and organisation; exchange experiences with their Spanish counterparts; discover how their subject or professional area is taught in Spain. The experience is particularly valuable for teachers who want to discover how their own subject or professional area is taught in Spain. By visiting a centre with a similar educational or professional profile, participants can observe different approaches, exchange ideas with Spanish colleagues and take inspiration from practices they can later apply in their own classrooms.
